This mobile home is very fance, even has 9ft ceilings and so much more! The manufacturer for this house is Platinum. The model for this home is the "Taylor." Definitely a tiled shower. I also like the vents in the ceiling. Makes furniture placement much easier. ❤️. Drywall throughput is also is a major plus.

The floors, countertops and backsplashes-- I'd change them all. I appreciate the 9' ceilings and the drywall, also the ceiling vents.

I think this is one of the best single wides I have seen. I think the kitchen needs more and wider drawers. I wish they wouldn't so frequently try to cram 3 bedrooms into a small space. I agree w the person who said to make them one big master and make it a 2 bedroom. I also don't need a tub in the master, when there is one available in the main bath if needed. I would rather they take that space to extend the existing master closet into one very large one. Extra closet space can be used for more than clothing. While the pantry is lacking, but w those 3 tall cupboards by the stove, it is at least pantry space and doable. This is a nice home to down size and retire to. Thank you Chance. 9 ft ceilings, drywall throughout, overhead venting system... This is a great single wide. Love the flooring as well. Bedrooms are a bit small but that kitchen! Best kitchen and dining area I've seen in a single wide. Laundry room is small but it's functional. Overall a great home. Thank you Chance!

I agree with you about the shower. The only distinguishing difference is the color of the door frame. The tile would make it pop more. I hate the wire racks in the closets also, they make it cheap looking.

For a single wide Its perfect!! You are so right, it would be great for a couple, a small family, or someone downsizing. The only thing is storage, the closets are pretty small, but it’s the best layout I’ve seen in a single wide in a long time! Great job Chance 👍

I have raised 3 children . Now it's just me and my wife of 35 years. This is perfect we have no use for a large home now, to much for use to clean and have to keep up. This is beautiful and affordable. We own 20 acres of land in a rural setting. We plan on traveling a good bit so a home of this size is all we need.

Beautiful! I got married in 1978 & my parents bought us a mobile home & got it all set up for us. A few pieces of furniture, while not the best quality, came with it. The only thing is we didn’t have a washer or dryer. My parent’s friend had just thrown out a dryer in the dump on his property so dad asked if he could go get it & see what was wrong with it. Other than being dirty & having some mice nests all it needed was a small switch on the door. I think it was less than $1 to fix. Mom got a new washer so I got her old. Back in the day, washers didn’t automatically balance as they do today. You know the saying “Don’t come a knockin’ if the van’s a rockin’? Well it was ‘Don’t come a knockin’ if the mobile home’s a rockin’! 😂

Finally a single wide with a proper dining area. Super plus! The bad side is that the guest bedrooms are rather small. The main bath is however really well done. Very nice. Overall pretty nice.

Well Chance you asked and I shall deliver!! First I would go with a 2 Bedroom/2 Bath floorplan rather than three. Done right that could add a couple of feet in the second BR and a couple of feet in the Living area. I would also want the ever requested fireplace stubbed out with a gas line for gas logs or insert. In the kitchen no combo Micro/vent over the stove! Just a good vent to outside hood, the micro can sit on the counter somewhere. And I would redesign the Master Bath entirely!! Closet access in the BR, and that Geezer package I always bring up! Walk in tub and Convalescence toilet with easy access for a wheelchair, just in case. A different back door, the front door is great! Add a garage and covered, screened back porch and a covered front porch and this rascal would be very, very comfortable!! It's a nice home as it is but these are some changes to make my life easier as I get older.

Having lived in a starter home with fiberglass surround, and now in a home with tiled bathrooms, I MUCH prefer the fiberglass. It is SO much easier to clean!

I have to say I would do the tiling in the main bathroom but I would also get an external transit window put in the second bathroom. It’s a lovely home, not a bit of wasted space anywhere, Take care and stay safe.

Very nice one Chance! Can just imagine it with a permanent foundation, nice lawn and flower beds and a matching garage all on a small acreage in the mountains! Being I live in California I always think of putting one on a five acre parcel in the Sierra Nevada foothills and that kind of rustic look would fit in a mountain location really nicely.

This is my favorite single wide. I've seen it before with dark cabinets. I like it even more with the light cabinets. I just love the lay out, the outside color scheme, the doors, the flooring, countertops and back splash. It's hard to find a single wide with an island and adequate space for a table. The only changes I would make, is take out the carpet, wood shelves instead of wire and add a touch of color to the walls, like a beige or light tan. That would make the white doors, trim and the cabinets pop.

I think I'd prefer the toilet in a water closet and the clothing closet open directly to the bedroom. I don't like the idea of having to possibly walk past someone on the toilet to get into the closet. lol

I often wonder how customizable these are. Say, if I wanted to ditch the tub in the master bath and get a bigger closet in there somehow. I wouldn't use that tub ever but a larger closet would get used for certain.

No carpet in the bedroom. Metal roof. Wood rackes instead of wire. Easy upgrades. 🙂💜💯 Almost forgot tile in the master shower 🚿

Really nice home! But i have to say that whoever designed the kitchen, didn't know kitchen design. There is no way that I want to go around the island every time I need to get something out of the refrigerator. that would be a no go for me.

Good layout for a 2-2 Instead of a 3-2. I wonder if that’s an option? I’m a retiring senior and don’t need 3 BR. At 85K starting you could make this real special with some upgrades.

This is one of those homes that get better & better when furnished with the owners personalities. I’d have to have the sink under the window, there is room enough for that & sliding glass doors in the dining room. For me it would be fantastic✨

For a single wide this is a very nice one.. The thing is... I like these manufactured homes but... it seems like you go straight from the front room right into the bedrooms, no hallways to make it look more like a home.. it's like the kitchen is right next to the master , I'm not likening those styles but this is nice, the walls are nice too.

With the back door & the extra door in the utility room it does give you room to expand in the future if you wanted to. You can build an extra master bedroom or connect a utility shed to the back door giving you more space without breaking the bank to do so.

REALLY like this one! Smartest kitchen layout I've seen on a single wide. Windows seems to be upgraded as well. Also love the brushed bronze finish on the plumbing. 🥰

Another great video Chance. Love the 9ft. ceilings and the living/kitchen/dining area. Master bedroom/bath/closet were nice for a singlewide too. It's a very nice single wide. One of the only real downfalls about the home that I see is that there isn't a linen closet and too little storage in the bathrooms.

OK I have learned that when they pack a bunch of deep shelves around a fridge, they call that a "Pantry Bank." Maybe not Dance worthy, but it's better than nothing. I really like this place. Lots of shelves in the Kitchen. No Vinyl Panel Walls! Vents in the ceiling! Best of all I like the price. It makes the 2021 SW list! I always enjoy Chance regardless. I look forward to his videos.
