Reaching a big milestone soon and to celebrate it, I want to share more of my skincare tips for well-aging! I'm very ok and comfortable with aging which is inevitable, expected and a priviledge. I'm not trying to freeze the process, but rather just do it gracefully and well!!

A tip with the Hado Labo lotions is to put it in a misting bottle and to spray it on your body when you get out of the shower. It cured my eczema in a week!

I’m almost 62 and my post menopausal skin requires more of a focus on strengthening my barrier. In addition to vitamin c and tretinoin. I’ve found that peptides have really helped promote healing and prevent dryness. The other thing that has really helped my skin with dryness and giving my skin some bounce are growth factors.
