Hello to all people who have issue with acne. I am 22 years old, and since I was little girl, I suddenly got horrendous acne covering my face. I tried all acne medications available but it was no good. I even tried many diets and advice but in the end i got some metabolism disorder and I ended up with even more acne. My last hope was to try special laser treatments and when that failed too, it seemed I will never find solution. Then I run across this page. It’s name is: *AcneCureOnline. Com* It was impossible to believe, and advice from this site helped me to cure acne! After only 7 days I had first results and after less than two months my skin was free of acne. All this thanks to secrets from this site

Thank you for this wonderful honest advice on less is more and alternating on actives. I love Paula's choice and use that line. But why do they tell everyone they can use everything together. It's like they push extra products for marketing gimmicks to sell more. That using all these actives are okay. Less is more, your skin has to get used to it. @@amysophia1314 I don't use BP anymore. This was years ago before I found better acne treatments. I think it's good for teens and younger people. I mean it's ok for adults too but it's very drying and there ar better ways to treat adult acne. I had hormonal acne so the BP didn't work for the hormonal acne. I ended up trying a DIM supplement that worked miracles on my hormonal acne to get rid of it. For BHA, my fave is Paula's Choice 2% BHA liquid. I've used it now for 20 yrs. Amazing for large pores and gives skin a beautiful glow. For AHA, my al time fave is by Montarbo Skincare Lactic Brightening Treatment. 1 use and my skin was transformed. It is the BEST I've ever tried and I test a TON of stuff. The Ordinary's 10% LA is quite nice too and such a great price but to be honest, I get better results with Montarbo LA. Never cared for the DE baby facial. It's nice but overpriced IMO. I prefer lactic over glycolic for my skin too. Don't forget your sunscreen! 😘

Bonus: While benzoyl peroxide does degrade most tretinoin formulations this is much less of a problem if you use microencapsulated Tretinoin. If there is still concern you can utilize BPO contact therapy _(apply the product, wait 3-5 minutes then thoroughly wash it off)_ wait a couple minutes then apply the retinoid. Contact therapy with BPO is nearly as effective as leave on therapy

Love this information!! Thankfully I follow ZoSkins “GSR” from my Esthetician and I’m doing exactly what you said. 🙌🙌❤️. I also have my Pharmacist ( a Formulation Pharmacy) mix my Tretinoin w Niacinamide and it’s super creamy as you stated. It’s the best. I use .25 so I can actually use this every single night. Then I mix in my 4% hydroquinone ( ZoSkin) together on 4 months off 3 months ... I have had Fractional CO2 laser peri-orbital as well. But this is YEARS OF baby steps. I had to scale back from .5 % ton.25% for 2 years then tried .5% again and it’s just not worth it to me ... I’m definitely hyper sensitive so ... looks as if I’ll be a .25 % gal for my 40s! 😂 Question: May I ask what you recommend for the Azelaic Acid ? And your choice for the AHA/BHA? I was thinking about The Ordinary? I use their Squalene and Marine Algae serums ... love them .. just started the AHA/BHA journey. Drunk Elephant is the one using about 3 xs a month - depending on my skin. Then I stop my Tretinion... ( RetinA) as of course mixing the 3 would be a disaster for my sensitive skin. Any suggestions would be amazing. My only concern is still an eye cream. I know Dermatologist do not usually feel they are necessary, but I must have a fragrance free hydrating Eye cream. I started the Biopelle Vitamin K ( it’s the only product under $40! ) and then I’m stuck! Their amazing Eye creams are just too expensive- I go threw them way to fast. unfortunately... If anyone has a suggestion for a hydrating Fragrance free eye cream ( I do get Use RetinA every night so no need for Retinol Eye .. IM STUCK! And it gets frustrating! Sorry so long. How long did you stay away from Vit C before incorporating it back in your regimen? I’m planning to use ( once I can) Vit C in am and Retinoids at night. Thank you for such well thought out and researched vids

I thought niacinamide which is Vitamin B3, and Vitamin C, cancel each other out. Pen Smith skincare Master Aesthetician has emphasized this. Great video though very helpful

Do you continue with your regular toner, serum, and moisturizer routine after you apply the tret? I’m just starting my own curology journey.

Hi Renee! You always are amazing. I may have missed it, but I use retinol and Hylauronic Acid together at night for anti aging in my routine. I have been using Yeouth, which I have the retinol, and then a super serum..I forgot what else it had besides Hylauronic acid. Also, I have been using a lot of Korean products that really improved my skin. However, What do you think of Oil of Olay Regenerist moisturizer? I had to throw out my vitamin c serum when I noticed it started to turn color. Oh well. Lol. Thanks!!

Renee! You’re the top! I’m pretty sure this type of video should go deeper since I read not only here about hyaluronic acid as an “acid” , you know what I mean ? No way to understand that is an hydration step! Can we cal it in other way? 🤣🤣❤️

I find it weird my skin seems to be so resistant. It got used to 1% retinol very quickly, it didn't go through any sort of irritation.

The ordinary says not to use nicinamide and vitamin C together?
@xanderstuivenberg97045 жыл бұрын
Probably because they say that vitamin c can become unstable when combined with water based formulas
@gothamista5 жыл бұрын
Its fine to use them together. They tend to err on the side of intense caution. It's only an issue when formulating the ingredients together and in very high concentrations. And it won't affect our skin.
