If Goro gets added as a dlc character I'm sure Cage will say that line as a reference to the movie or at least something close to that. Goro doesn't seem likely for dlc nor has he been talked about but at least we have Sheeva. They both look very similar but Sheevas not that asshole that Cage pushed off the the cliff in the movie after breaking his sunglasses.
