I have the Raven YF and absolutely love it! I'm 6'2 220, so I wanted a little extra room. If you can get over the price, I highly recommend this bag.

What a great video. I’ve watched tons of these reviews and comparisons this is by far the best. All the necessary information, no bullshit, well spoken good human being. I especially like you pointing out the stuff sack issue. These are some of the best bags I’ve seen my buddy has a FF I’ve used it’s amazing. Just wish it came with a compression sack. Have you found a good sized one you like for them?

Thanks! Yeah, if you are gonna be out when it's close to zero or below, it's definitely worth taking a below zero bag. Go check out our review on the Sea to Summit Alpine (a -40 bag) and we are working on a review on the Feathered Friends Ibis which is a -15 bag...both fantastic options for super cold weather.

@@BackwoodsPursuit Thank you! I used a 25 degree bag 1st rifle CO and froze.. Not sure if going to a zero bag or -20 for extra insurance is worth it. Appreciate it!

@@TrueLineOutdoors well...that totally deepens on the bag. Some "25 degree bags" means 25 degrees is the "lower limit", meaning that's curled up in the fetal position not getting hypothermia lol. You want to check what the "comfort rating" is on the bag, which is usually 10-20 degrees above the lower limit rating. These Feathered Friends bags rating is a comfort rating, so you actually stay warm at the temp rating it says it is.

@@barondavis5692 awesome! Yes, I think you would just fine...I'd just make sure to get the Raven (wider). My brother is about the exact same size as you and is currently using the Ibex (same bag as the Raven, just in the -15 version) and loves it. Fits him very well.
