Read the concalls from the transcript in screener, major promoter says mtar started as family owned company some of them sold. And thats ok unless directors or senior promoters sell. Risk of mtar is mostly the dependency on one US company boom energy which it is trying to reduce. But we must time to time take an update of its progress. Disclaimer: not a recommendation

See we cannot predict what will happen so why not think about other aspects like the stock u want to buy - is it showing strength when market is down, is it at fair valuation, is there breakout with volume, if investing for long term then some drawdown matter to you or not. Answering them should automatically tell u whether to wait or buy.

LTI Mindtree major issue is many senior management persons have been resigning since merger.. this is not good.. so more clarification needed on that. Another recent resignation news let to over 3% fall today in the stock. Plus currently public isnt showing much confidence in IT industry due to high US dependency.
