I prefer Hallandale Beach Florida beautiful beaches and, Gulf Stream Park the biggest Horse racing park in Florida, the Pegasus and Dragon Statue the second biggest statue in United States 🇺🇸, great restaurants and casinos, clubs, lounges, and your in between everything in South Florida, it’s not a small town but it’s the fastest growing city, in Florida.❤

This is so strange to watch as an adult. I grew up on a farm between High Springs and Newberry in the 80's. Some things have changed drastically and others not at all.

From a small town in the northeast. Moved to NYC and LA for two plus decades. I just recently moved to a suburban city but my heart is pulling me towards quieter pastures. I just learned about Gainesville and Alachua yesterday! Great options.

I live in Newberry and it is a really nice, quiet place(besides the shoot out a while ago). Everything is only a bike ride away so great for kids. Everyone here is really chill.

It would be awesome if you took a look at Melrose! And the one thing I struggled with when moving from South Florida to this area is the internet connections/speeds. I was looking in High Springs and was very disappointed when I discovered the connectivity was a bit faster than a DSL. I own my own company and work out of my house, so it was imperative to have a strong connection. To my absolute joy, Comcast/Xfinity is in Melrose and I was able to transfer my business account. I found a great house and kept my internet (and actually it was improved from what I had down south!) a win win for us!

Are there any Cement Block home developments for $300k with a .25 size lot. Would like to be around 30 min or less from the VA HOSPITAL. Willing to buy an older home that's in good shape. Planning to move to Gainesville next year or earlier if possible if wife gets early retirement. Wanting to get familiar with the area.
