Great video. If you don't want to spend $70 on a toner, you can use a AA battery. You will need to tap the positive lead on and off the battery while holding the negative wire to the negative end, and it will make noise on the speaker it's being sent to. Shouldn't cause any harm to the speakers, I've done it for years on a wide range of home and car audio setups.

My home speaker system is prewired by homepro. I Would like to install the speakers in the patio, master bathroom and game room (all are prewired) Do I need to buy amplifier/ AV receiver for that before calling you guys for the installation? I found one AV receiver from Costco Yamaha TSR-700. Is it best choice for me?

I want to have two satellite speakers and a subwoofer behind my pool, then two speakers underneath my patio. Then one speaker by the spa that is only hooked up to the TV. Any recommendations on speakers and amp? My backyard is not large, but enough to fit a pool and a good size patio. Thank you!!!

"goof rings" are sold at a lot of led can light distributers. they are just white (paintable) gasket style rings that come in every size ID and OD Can really save the day for a cover up like those ugly exposed cuts you had to deal with. We would have this problem on a lot of our LED retrofit jobs. In a pinch you can honestly often fab your own if you are slick at layout, cutting, and finding a decent material (think bucket lid) Good luck in the field guys. Get that money

I believe the Sonos amp will support up to two pair of non Sonos speakers (@8ohm each), and up to three pair of their brand of outdoor speakers. You will need to wire all of them in parallel (+ to +; - to -) and not in a series.
