They had gotten a kill already so they most likely believed they could get more, and since Soraka can snowball and scale well with AP it seems like a good purchase. They are also most likely confident in their ability to stay alive.

@@hii3771 nah w anyway. baring ignite the only time u don't w is when enemy super fed or you have to over extend too far. everything is dps, count what the stats do over time and try for yourself.
