Installing a Nameless axle back exhaust system on Lauren's 2018 Crosstrek! Probably the best sounding exhaust out there for these Crosstreks. This one specifically has the 5" muffler. Just got this. Installing on my first gen trek. Little modifying to make it work and I can’t wait to hear how it sounds. For the comments saying don’t get this if you have the CVT transmission, just use the manual mode then so you can launch in 1st gear and paddle shift thru the gears to get those exhaust sounds

Quinster, yes I think it will sound good. No I do not believe having CVT will make a difference. My 2020 is a limited with a CVT. It sounds the best when driven in the "sport" mode. It's still a crosstrek but just a much healthier sounding one with the exhaust. I also have an AEM cold air intake on mine. Both are worth the purchase price 😀

Bought the same exact lift kit from Anderson for my 2021 Crosstrek. I love it ! I wanted to go with 15" tires (my stock size is 22560R17s ) . Every place told me they wouldn't fit over the calipers ? Lots of people seem to be going with this set up though. I love my Wildpeaks too ! I may be going with offset wheels (-15 or so)

I agree I put aftermarket exhaust from LP adventures on my 3.6r Outback. Sounds great on start up but driving is a horrible drone because the CVT keeps the RPM very low. I went back to stock mufflers!

My 2018 is very similar. I haven't lifted it yet (might not even bother with ~9.2" of ground clearance as it is), but I put 225/65R17 BF Goodrich KO2's (28.5") on the stock alloys and it looks sick. It spends 90% of its time on pavement so I'm keeping it as civil as possible. My exhaust is warrantied, so I'll wait until that's up to upgrade. Mud flaps are next, and it's definitely getting a roof rack in the near future.

Yes we liked it. It wasn’t too obnoxious or too loud. Noisy enough to know it’s there, but quiet enough to enjoy the drive. Definitely recommend getting it with the muffler like the one in the video.

Thank you! If there are leaks, just loosen the two bolts an little bit, re-align and re-tighten and you should be good to go. If it doesn’t work, repeat the process!

You occasionally hear a slight rub on the inner plastic wheel well in the front but other than that they fit pretty much perfect. Could be fixed with some trimming. Wouldn’t recommend going any bigger though!

It was straight bolt on just held on by two bolts and the exhaust hangers. Very simple install.

It should not. The manufacturer has to prove that whatever is wrong with the car was caused by the modification. For example, huge tires and wheels could shorten the life of the axles, in that case they could decide to not warrant it. But in the case of a muffler, a muffler does not modify anything but the direction air takes to exit the vehicle.
