For the roof top tent you can always get the “annex” part that attaches to the roof rack and has a floor, a zip door and it makes a dry place to climb up and down the ladder and store stuff

We just had beef caldo today my family and I, we used beef shank and beef chunks and beef ribs, we added carrots, celery, potatoes, zuckiny, whole corn cut in small 3 inch pieces, chayote, cabage, and serve it on top of Spanish rice. Now the seafood caldo is awsome too especially when it's spicy.

That buggy mushie next to the Amanitas was a Suillus of some kind! The underside of the cap is more airy and honey-combed structured than typical Boletus, which are usually super-tiny-pin-hole looking. There are plenty of edible species of Suillus out there! I wish there were some less frost-damaged fungi up around here-- I'm jealous!

Omg caldo is the best! Also for your rooftop tent there an attachment you can buy online to cover up the latter and that way you’ll be able to leave your shoes there with out getting them wet. Also can be used as a dining area look it up.
