Best Stop • Stuffed Pork Tenderloin & Boudin on an Old Smokey Grill.

I was given a pork tenderloin stuffed with cream cheese and jalapeños, and wrapped in bacon. It came from Best Stop in Scott, Louisiana. It was a gift but not from the owners or management of Best Stop. It was not provided for a video, I made one anyway.
I also cooked some Boudin from Best Stop too, and I made some cabbage quarters. I did it all on my Old Smokey Grill.

That’s awesome! Traditionally, they’ve been just a regional brand to the central Gulf South. Being made is Houston, they always been common in East Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi, and little more scarce but available over in Alabama and the Florida panhandle. You could also find a few in Oklahoma and Arkansas. Yet, in the last decade they’ve become much more available outside the region. Glad to know the Old Smokey Brand is now as far north as Michigan. In my opinion, it is the best value in the barbecue industry.
