We talk about optimization, synchronization and coordinated team work, look at these guys doing all that and more silently. They drive in set-up the place ergonomically and have perfectly synchronized their roles and the way they go about is amazing. Each movement and action is so perfectly tuned. These are the guys who are our culinary ambassadors keeping our traditional dishes alive and thriving. This is the real India that needs to be explored more, we talk about supply-chains, back-end, front-end, user experience and all the buzzwords, we need to look here to see how they play out in the real world and learn. Great work, a simple and engaging video, would have been good if a few sound bites of the guys or the customers were added.

Hard working people... their commitment to the work is appreciable however they don't worry about the hygiene. Especially, the guy who used hands to pour idly flour. Also, the place has been swept just now. So, dust easily sticks with oil items like vada, bonda and poori. I don't eat places like here.

Poverty, unemployment, cost of food, low income, affordability when all these matters, quality and sanitation becomes nothing. Eatery is on the road side under the trees. The dust generated by vehicles will definitely fall on the food. This is the case with all such eateries all over. GOD is great and hope all those who dine from such eateries keep sufficient resistance and good health. There is no point in blaming anybody. This is the way people live even 77 years after independence.

You Look at Sychronizatiom,Team work and admire at the way they spin theircwork place. Do you see the garbage they leave back after their work is over.!! Do you you know the bandicoots movecover this place to fight to get the left overs. You pleace teach them that they have no right to utilise the public place. If after using them they have to clean it thoroughly before leaving the place.

Our people are very lazy especially ladies everywhere tiffins are sold and none is ready to cook easy and simple Idli etc. Everyone rushes to tiffin centres. Laziness attracts health problems.
