Hey Paul, you get freaked out when their garage doors are open but you know that's when there's opportunity to talk and get even more scrap and sometimes even help. People love for you to come by don't be freaked out its a blessing. I know when I put something out I pray for someone to come by and get it. Here in Arkansas we have to pay the trash man to come get anything but garbage or lawn garbage. We truly appreciate scrappers.

I've learned with those big lawn chairs, lay them down sideways in a 69 position. Then you can stand (or lay) a second set on top. That's the best way to maximize the space I've found. It's not much more room, but it's better than no room at all lol. Happy hunting sir!

I'm glad to see so many people who help you to recycle things, especially in this day and time of conspicuous consumption. My favorite line in the video - "Am I allowed to take a look at someone else's scrap?" You were pretty musical today. Well, this is my 2nd video and I still haven't really seen you. Hey Bert, I have a Ryobi 40-volt battery that won't take a charge. What was your trick to get your batteries to charge. I remember you had a video one or two years ago about it.
@ScrapFarm3 жыл бұрын
@@ScrapPalletMan you have to put power to the terminals on the battery to bring the nominal voltage up a little bit you could probably getting a couple car batteries together to make 24 volts and charge it with that a little bit and then the charger should come on when a battery get so dead the charger doesn't even see it so it has to have a little bit of charge in there to tell the charger to come on

Paul I think I told you my late husband did Scrap. And Dad did the copper wires Dad had a big ball of it and he’d sell it but then when the buyer was busy he’d take out to the truck and hide it . This went on for about 5 months one day the yard man had his crew take the magnet and picked up the whole truck .when Dad asked where is the truck. The man says look up. Joe ( my husband) started to yell but the guy said you returned the copper or we’ll drop it. Dad said put it down and he gave the copper back .
