Doctor I had Just a pain in my hip bone, tail bone and back that somehow j started to be on painkiller . After 3 days of continuous painkiller j felt j am bringing another disease in my body somehow bi had started to loose interest to live because even if I rest pain was making me restless. Your video for Hip pain I saw and took courage to do it. Next day itself tail bone pain gone. Hip bone pain in last 2 days reduced almost 80 percent. You came ax an Angel in my Life. @@veenasharma1440 Yes, good request. I am 64 and could climb stairs running, around 15 floors. Suddenly, since about 6 mths I just can't do it., I am required to take support of side rails. If he can suggest something, it will be great.

Thank you, Dr. Bharat for these excellent exercises. I used to do some of these some years ago when I had knee pain issues ( suggested by my physiotherapist) but I have forgotten some of them since I had stopped doing them once I felt better . Thanks for these exercises . Will start again since I have started having knee pain issues again. I think these have to be done for life to ensure flexibility:) God bless you abundantly for your well explained videos

Sir mere do manko main nereb dbi Hui hai , right leg or knee main pain rehta hai, blood sirkulate proper nhi hota or walking karti hu to hiy or thigh main swelling ho ja ti hai sir meri problem kese solve ho suki hai please mereko batana Kya main ye subi flexibility Bali exercise kar suk to hoon Sir please muje batana 🙏🏻
