As a teacher...you score 10/10 on sincerity ..what I liked most about the teacher is instead of getting a 'fit model' to demonstrate, he chose someone as ordinary a persona young child with natural flaws.........it becomes easy to relate and that's why he scores , in my mind , among the best.

Sir you really rock. Best Padmasana tutorial so far. I had seen an American video it said those above 50 or 60 can’t do full padmasan fresh. You disproved them they can only do half Padmasan. I am successful in doing full after watching your video. Thousand thanks. I am 73😀

I recently went to a wedding where I had to sit down and eat, I was so embarrassed and some people laughed, I felt so shy. I decided to learn to sit cross legged anyway. I am believing this exercises wil help me

Sir, I am 59 years old & weigh 100 kgs. My height is 5ft.9”. I have been sitting cross legged since my childhood. I am regularly practising yogasans for last 8-9 years, including Bhadrasan ( or butterfly). But I am unable to sit in Padmasan. Same is the problem with Pashchimottan Asan. You should try and address the problems faced by people like me. There is a large number of people like me. Thanks.

I am very much thankful to you for this video. For some meditation i am supposed to sit crossed leg. But could not sit more than 45 min. Apne is video me diye hue stretching try kiya tab pata chala ki kya halat hai.. sab kuch stiff hai . Ab regular karna hoga.

superb very usefull for a beginer. I am 64 years old and able to sit in SUKHASAN for more than 30 minutes. afterwords, there is numbness in my feet and i take a few to stand up properly. please suggest remedy.

Mai to aaram se lga Leta hu. Par is pe bhi video bnani pdi. Hadh Ho gyi. Baki hanumaan dand to ek baar mai 25-50 Ho jati hai. Dand ki series se to meri life hi change ho gyi hai. Us series ke liye to mai aapka dil se aabhari hu Atul bhai. Weight loss to10-15 kg kum ho gya. BMI exact ho gya. Baaki ye to hum bachpan se lgate aaye hai. Baaki aapki knowledge great hai.

My left leg is flexible and my right right leg cannot get into any folding position. I am trying and it's extremely painful. How long would it take to learn to sit cross legged. I could do it when I was a child.
