दो माह से घुटने में गेप की वजह से दिनरात दर्द बना रहता था।ईलाज के दौरान यही एक्सरसाइज करवाई गई और दस दिनों में ही मुझे दर्द से राहत हो गई व्हिडिओ जारी करने के लिये डाक्टर साहेब का बहुत आभार।

Sir mere ghutno bahut problem ho gai thi mujhe khade hote bhi nahi aa raha tha main jameen se utha nahi pa rahi thi but aapaki batai exercise kar rahi hu ab me isiliye chal pa rahi hu thank u sir aur meri beti bhi cycle se gir gai thi uske tail bone me pain tha use uthane me pain hota tha usane bhi aapki batai exercise ki ab kafi relief hai thank you sir ❤

All exercises are very good. I do all exercises. Some orthopedic surgeon tell me joint replacement. But I do these exercises I feel well and good. These exercises suggest me Dr. Nihit Jain orthopedic Surgeon in Rammanohar lohiya hospital delhi. I again thank my Dr. .

Very nice video, I will try. Meri 2 mahine se sujan hai left leg mai ja hi nahi rahi, ghutne ka shape badal gaya. Homepathy li dard chala gaya but shape thik nahi huwa. Will try these exercises

I regularly do these exercises n get relief . Pl.tell me shoulder strengthening exercises as there is severe degeneration n doctors suggest operation n no other way to cure. I m in instant pain n can't do domestic work n sometimes personal too. Thanks .

Hlo sr ,,good evening 🙏🏻🙏🏻,, Mujhe right knee me last 1 year se ye prblm h,,jaisa ki Doctor ne btaya,,,,m 6 days daily 6-7 hours पालथी मारकर baith gyi thi ,Ji’s vjh se mujhe ye prblm ho gyi,,,mne 3 months 👨‍⚕️ ke btaye according medicine li and exercise ki,,,bt mujhe kuchh bhi relief nhi mila,,knee ki is prblm ki vjh se mera GYM jana bnd ho gya,,,,aaj aapka video dekha,,to ab m aapke btaye according exercise krungi,,and after 1-2 months aapko result btaungi,,,,Thnku you Doctor 🙏🏻🙏🏻
