In regards to DKC: Kremling's Revenge, there is actually another rom hack as an addendum to it called DKC: Kremling's Revenge Remodel. It actually tones down the extreme difficulty of the later levels to be more on par with the original DKC challenge-wise (along with a few other changes).
@UltimateGamerCC2 жыл бұрын
ty for that, i dont want to deal with Kaizo level bullshit in a rom hack, it's something that irks me greatly, too many devs want to turn the difficulty over 9000 and really just get downright sadistic about it. not like i dont enjoy a challenge, what i dont enjoy is ripping my hair off my head in frustration like i'm Mick Foley. lol
@mattb65222 жыл бұрын
@@UltimateGamerCC No problem! I completely agree. I know some people like Kaizo, but I'm not a fan of it either. I like a fair and reasonable challenge without being stupidly crazy as I want to enjoy a game without getting too frustrated. I always appreciate when rom hackers match the difficulty of the vanilla game and don't add in complete pixel-perfect BS.

Nice to see Gemfire get some love.
