@2:53 both gelatin (from bone) and collagen (from bone and other sources) have high ratios/amounts of glycine and a few other amnio acids, and the former aids in the strengthening and repair of connective tissues and bones. glycline has also been shown to reduce methionine and to activate autophagy.

Zinc, copper, vitamin C from foods, hyloronic acid is the combo. How do we get more elastin unless you get more of that from taking these supplements.

microneedling + HA nad tretinoin before bed really really makes a huge different...external care is way more important for skin than internal, eventho supplements such as collagen peptides def helps as does silica
