That is a beautiful cake. I was wondering how it would come out with you doing the opposite of what cooks usually do. Starting and ending with the wet. It looks very moist. Happy birthday Chris. He is really enjoying that cake. I saw the chocolate cake hack and when tasting he didn't say too much, but on this video he's letting us know he loves this cake lol. Sweet potatoes and pecans just go together. This look like a crowd pleaser. Many steps, but I'm sure worth it.
