I would go with the US military modular tent, starting with a command tent for bedroom then a medium for living area + kitchen and being modular they're all connected together. They have liners that creates an ' air space ' between inside and outside wall plus made to add cooling system as well, you don't have to use the military's cooling system designed to put something there, improvise overcome adapt.
