What is the best type of testosterone? Is it Testosterone Cypionate, Enanthate, Undecanoate, Oral Testosterone or Androgel (topical testosterone)? I think the word "dangerous" may not have been the best word. After all, any medication (or anything) can be dangerous when used irresponsible or for purposes beyond its design use. Unless there's some pre existing medical condition that could be exacerbated by the treatment, with bio-identical testosterone in the male body its hard go wrong. Anyway, I've been on the Androgel now for a week, and I'm beginning to see why it doesn't have the best reputation. So far, my depression has been reduced by much. Other than that, the only other change I've experienced have been a slight increase in focus and memory. Mood, energy, ED, and motivation are unchanged. No other valid changes unless you count the vivid dreams.

I use intramuscular Testosterone Undecanoate Nebido. But after 5 weeks usually I started not feeling too well. Mood swing, anxiety, impatient. So I add Oral testosterone torches Bioidentical 100mg daily until week 8 before getting another shot of Nebido. I tend to feel irritable when Testosterone Level fall below 800ng/dL especially when I experienced stressful work day.

Sounds like the dose is too high. But if you're flip flop in mood like that sounds like something else is going on. Testosterone can absolutely affect your mood, but only at high or low extremes. That's my experience.

Good compact video. T-Cypionate for 4 weeks seems to work for me, will get labs next week, might switch to T-undecanoate. Will update you and give you other details in coming weeks

​@@konz2891Went well, did 2 cycles, TRT, and tried to get off Test. Not easy at all, so ponder carefully.

​​@@NicholasDowneynot sure if I replied in another video. For TRT, do T-Und 100mg + 100-125 mg T Cyp/Enan/Sust every 2 wks. This keeps me in upper range ~900 @ 12th day (after 4-5 injections). Good to maintain, little to no effect to build ms. For anabolic cycles, 250mg T-Cyp/Ena, but not T-Und/wk for 1 cycle, had an attenuated response for 2nd cycle which was corrected by 500mg, but had to add AI.

To me, test e or test c once a week seems to work just fine. Experimenting with subq now, see how that goes...

Test prop is fine IM daily or eod... Wondering whether that oral test undecylenate has any use for strength athletes. One should assume so, seeing how it (probably?) is fast acting? But I've never even heard of it in this context

People always talking sustanon is bad and it has unique side effects, but i can not understand testosterone is testosterone. Yes it has 4 different esters but when you inject frequently it should be stable? İm sharing this because i want to hear your opinion about this and maybe someone can look at and decide what is optimal.

Are gels commonly applied to the scrotum as it’s generally stated not to because of the alcohol content? I’ve seen it reported that creams are applied here however creams seem only to be available through compounding pharmacies? Uptake/absorption is supposedly very good when applied here & I guess for the most part the chance of transfer is much less too. Subject to lifestyle choices of course! 😂

They recommend against applying it to the scrotum due to the theoretical risk of higher DHT conversion and higher prostate affectation. But I’ll do a bit more research

what about subq injections, the release is slower but by how much and how much does body fat have an inpact on it.

Studies are limited but they would suggest extension of the half life by a few days and blunting of testosterone peaks meaning you don’t get the spike and drop which is a massive cause of high haematocrit. Body fat just needs to be present since the testosterone oils are lipophilic meaning they are absorbed first into the fat and distributed and then into the blood stream. Whereas IM injection absorbs fairly directly
