Good video, but I must point out that there are no Alpaca, no Yaks and definitely no snakes in Denali NP. In fact Alaska is considered a snake free state, although a small number of garter snakes have been seen in SE Alaska

we live in Anchorage, but i think flying to Fairbanks then taking the train to Denali then going to Hot Springs in Fairbanks will be an excellent vacation. I love your video, it's informative and not corny like the others.

Can you explain in detail, how exactly the sled dogs protect the park's wildlife??

They arent specifically acting as protectors in the sense of playing a role in the ecosystem. They are utilized by park rangers for patrolling and park scientist to conduct research in remote parts of the park in winter months. Being 6.2 Million acres of wilderness with a single road that is only 92 miles long East to West the park is extremely difficult to access during the year. So the dogs help travel which results in science and patrolling which protects the wildlife. They also act as ambassadors for park science and help connect those who may not want to come to denali in general connect to the park in their own way! Sorry for rambling. Its my home.

As You mentioned some 1000 times the train, You could at least mention the price of it too! Then the Savage River Loop trail: You say "is a safe trail but sometimes You catch wolves and Grizzly bears" Does it sound safe to You? ... it was just half of the video, but it was enough for me to watch so I stopped.
