vitamin supplements can also be taken via empty stomach, talking about taking vitamin with high fat meal, basically high fat meal takes more time to digest therefore vitamin supplements too take more time too digest which is beneficial as well!

There are different vitamins as well water soluble which can be taken on any time like Biotin, B12 but Vitamins like Vitamin E, D3, Omega-3 works better after having a meal consisting of fats

Taking creatine at post-workout increases urine output and disturbs the sleep as I have experienced this so may be it works different from person to person.

Guys try to calculate the amount of protein per gram . You will find out the big brands who you think is expensive are really cheap . Divide the price by number of servings than divide that number by the amount of protein you get from one serving.

Hey, I have few questions 1) How long (number of months or years) we should take Vitamin D3 and Omega3 supplements regularly ? I mean do we need to give break in between for sometime or we can take it regularly for life long 2) What is the advicable daily or weekly quantity of both D3 and Omega3? 3) Any recommended brands of both D3 and Omega3? 4) Can I take both D3 and Omega3 after breakfast? 5) is Nitro Tech whey protein ( which includes creatine and BCAA per scoop) good and can I take it as post meal workout along with eggs ?

Yes you can but dont exceed more than 200 mg dose at a single time also avoid caffeine before 6 hrs of sleep

Price wise Bigmuscles Nutrition Essential Whey comes very economical. Can you please review it if it is effective too and provides the protein quantity as it claims? You have missed multivitamin, I understand you have assumed that if we take a balanced diet then we will complete our daily intake of vitamins. But those who are not able to take balanced diet on daily basis due to job and office . Make a video for those people ,that what food or fruits to take in what serving to fullfill daily needs.
