Watch along with this video for my 9 best tips for mass producing handmade cards! I'll share a lot of tips and tricks along the way for saving time when making multiples of a card project. Some of the tips I'll share include:
-Clearing a table so you have a lot of open space
-Let go of the idea that all cards have to be the same
-Keep it simple! Choose products that do the work for you
-Stack 2 layers when you score, cut, punch, die cut and emboss
-Emboss a large piece of paper and cut it into strips to use on several cards
-Batch prepare your materials - do all the cutting, all the embossing, all the stamping, all the punching at one time. When everything is prepared, choose the pieces for your first layer and flip them all over. Apply adhesive to all of them, then adhere them.
-I have a lot more tips for designing simple cards, adhesives, embellishments and more!

There are many demonstrators to watch but you are number 1!!!! You always teach me something new and you don’t talk just to talk but you are prepared to help us learn. I’ve been w/Stampin up for decades, literally. My father passed away & we moved my mom in with my husband & I. She’s 87yrs old & smart as can be. She’s never had the opportunity to craft with me but since she moved in she’s become a Stampin’ up addict!😂🎉. She loves watching you & we’re glad ur back😊

Same happened to me after the Pandemic. Life turned so difficult and it’s feel like is hard to go on. My eyes opened to so many bad things that are going on in this world that I feel overwhelmed most of the time. But, I try to focus on the people who love me and take care about me. Now, regarding cardmaking, since a couple a months ago, I started to challenge myself. At least, I have to make a couple a cards a week 😊 making cards is a kind of scape from this busy life, my safe place where I enjoy the little things. As a person who suffered depression in the past, I now is not easy to see things in a positive way, but try to cheer up a little bit, at least go outside, walk barefoot in the grass, close your eyes, feel the wind, the sun, enjoy that moment that’s in only yours. And, a very important thing, take a lot of vitamin D supplement 😊 that going to help you to feel better.

Awesome Anna! Tips on batch making, et all. Virtual hugs to you my dear. I’ve been where you are now and just listening to you share was comforting to me. I am retired now and hubby and I just celebrated our 50th anniversary. There have been extremely good and extremely hard times but worth fighting for on the daily. I would be amiss if I didn’t say the three of us, my husband, the Lord and I made it together. I care for you as well as all of Gods creations. I’m honestly good right now and appreciate you asking us. Like a child i grab on to Jesus’ robe and wont let go. As aways, thank you. 🙏🏽

I was excited to see your video! Great cards. I have to say, stamping and making cards is my ‘therapy’. I work from home, have 2 needy puparoo’s and my husband travels a lot so I am alone quite a bit. Family is hours away. I have found that doing a video chat with a friend while crafting is really helpful. We talk… share… show each other what we are working on… ask for suggestions, etc. I feel like… why haven’t I been doing this? I don’t need to be alone all of the time. It’s like they are right there. ❤ love your videos. Hope all is well with you!!!!

Yes, still working on cards. I always choose ones that are very complicated. I have made so many parts & pieces of campers and trees , lights and light poles. After I finish these first 15 slimline cards, the rest will be a simpler version of a step card with less parts but still "3D"/ pop up. Hope I can get them done before Dec 15.

You did great. I suffer from panic attacks and my doctor told me to start thinking of other people instead of myself. He didn't quite understand, other people were draining me. I'm the happiest when I am doing what I want to do. I haven't been on a vacation since 2008, I would love to go on one. But I am sure I'm not the only one that has money problems. Vacations cost money. And if I went on one at this point in my life, I would do nothing but worry about our son and my 92 year old dad. But life goes on. Listening to music sometimes helps me .I have no friends close enough to visit, so that is hard.

Thank you, Anna, for asking how I am. I haven't seen your videos before, and I really enjoyed the card-making part. I have a tendency to think I know all there is to know about card-making. It's never true. However, I especially appreciate your suggestion that I assess what might not be working. It took about 10 seconds to spot something and another 10 seconds for a possible solution to pop up. Sure glad I watched today. God bless you.

Love all your tips. They will come in so handy. The talks are lovely also. I think you should do one on your skin care regimen, how do you not have wrinkles? I am doing ok, besides bad knees and enlarged heart chambers. My life seems to be in a rut lately. Go to work, come home. Same thing every day. Craft room is only place it is not the same. Always doing different crafts or cards in there.

I know there are people who are hurting that feel they can't reach out for help, and this will encourage them to do that. I am blessed with supportive friends and church folks and all of that, so I am in a good place. But I need to reach out to others to see how I can help them too. Thanks for everything.

Hi Anna.... I'm glad you have taken the time to find yourself again. I am 73 now and wish I had done my search for who and what I wanted to be in my 30s. I am currently trying set up a stamping area. I've put it off forever, but now it appears I have a complete quarter of the basement. I will need to do paneling or whatever, and definitely shelves, which brings me to my message. The shelves behind you look like what I will need. Where did you get them? Did you build them yourself, or were they a kit? I also like your washed brick wall covering, instead of the wood look paneling I was considering. Any info on that would help too. Thanks in advance, and Glad you are back.

Hello! We built the shelves ourselves with pipe and plywood. Sorry I can’t refer you to a store. Also, the brick is actually the concrete wall that was poured with forms that look like brick. They do make panel pieces that are 4x8 feet and look like brick. Good luck!

You seem to be a christian, and if you’re like me you do all you can to please the Lord. Well, the devil knows this, he will do what he can to turn you away from your faith, and make you feel defeated. He will use “business” as a way to deflect you from what the Lord wants you to do. It’s ok to say NO…. Pray before you accept something etc. Prayers!
