My echevaria has died,its roots damaged as i was not at home,some leaves are left safe on it,what to do now..can you help

To revive your old Echeveria, carefully inspect the remaining stem. If it’s firm and not rotten, cut off the damaged roots and let the base air-dry for 2-3 days to heal. Then replant it in fresh, well-draining soil. Water sparingly after a week, and place it in bright, indirect light. If the stem is mushy or rotten, it’s better to focus on propagating the healthy leaves🌿
