You can make a light box with backdrops and a rotating turntable with backlight for $15? The box and backdrop aren’t really innovative in concept, sure... but I bought it more for the turntable and the software and Love it.

I'm confused. other than the fact it's portable, I don't think there is anything innovative or even anything expensive enough to warrant a $300 price tag. I have no issue paying for what I get but I made a light box for $5 plus lights so I don't have a clue how this is worth $300. It's not very wide either so all photos have to be close ups.

+Played With first of all, it comes with a proper diffuser. You will notice this to be a key feature once you tried it and compare it next to the cheap knock offs. Secondly, the app that comes with the foldio 360 is great for taking 360 pictures. Also, the felt backdrops are also of high quality

Awesome Toys It's interesting and it looks nice but it's a bit too small for the price. I think $200 would be about right just because of the size but that is just me. I use giant lights with diffusers but that is more for filming.

Hey guys, can you please clear something up for me? If I'm looking to create an interactive 360 image to go on my site, can I generate and upload these independently with the products I get from Orangemonkey or are all of the 'animations' saved on Orangemonkey's servers? I saw that in the embed code was 'Spinzam' which looks like a form of social network of Orangemonkey's.

Hey, yes, Spinzam is created to host your 360 files/images. One you have taken the photos, the app allows you to save 1. Each individual photos, 2. Gif File, 3. A video file. And if you upload into Spinzam, you'll have a free personal account and there you can get the embeded code to use for your site.
