If you want to make a vegan scramble that is fluffy like eggs, or to be in a breakfast burrito, the silken or soft is best. The silken will take on the turmeric and yeast easier to look yellow and is milk enough you can add black salt or notch it up vegan egg flavor and get the egg taste in that easier.

I work at Trader Joe’s in NYC I think they should be the same price. Organic bananas here’s are 25 cents and non organic Bananas are 19cents. As for the plastics yes they’re taking in seriously they have swapped out a lot of the plastic that we use. Also yes every Trader Joe’s has that produce bag :) we also have them at the register if you need them.

Their peanut butter is the ONLY peanut butter I buy. I will literally go there only for the peanut butter if I’m out. It is healthy, they have FOUR options, and it is THE BEST in texture and flavor. And it’s cheap!! Can you tell I have strong opinions about nut butters lol.

If we all did a juice shot for every time that Alyssia beat herself up or fended off the potential haters…..we'd all have our immune systems just a-buzzin'! As much as I commend your efforts to reduce your plastic and set a good example (in a number of ways), remember you don't advertise yourself as a Zero or Low-waste channel, so you don't have those specific restrictions to adhere to. As a human, living on this planet, doing the best we can is all anyone can expect from any of us, and other people cannot define that for us. We only have to be honest with ourselves about what that means. I live a Zero-Waste lifestyle, but I am only in charge of me and my family. Beyond that, I can only serve as an example for others. Sometimes, others need to remember that! You keep doing you! You are a boon to us and others who stumble across your content!!

oh my! I hear you, I do feel the need to put out disclaimers or else I'll be replying to plastic hate comments all day :) But I'm doing my best! I appreciate you!

@@MindOverMunch I appreciate YOU! I run a health food store, and I send people looking for health and diet (as in food choices - not weight loss) related content to you all the time! You offer very well rounded, relatable and realistic options. The research you do on top of that is what is going to help people make better, more informed choices and create a sustainable wellness journey! Stick that in your back pocket and pull it out the next time someone shames you on here!

Feels so good to watch a food video where a youtuber isnt judging me for not buying organic or using products with palm oil. I try but I just cant all the time. Let me live lol
