I've made videos like this for paper clay and felt clear resin would be a good follow-up! I found a brand called Gummy Cast that looks very similar to Hitohada Gel so I wanted to try that out. This was also a good opportunity to test out some multi-chrome glitter flakes that I got from Etsy. I love the look of transparent, glittery squishies because these aren't available commercially. The only ones I've seen that you can buy look quite cheap and don't have iridescent or multi-chrome glitter inside.

GUMMY CAST
- Hard to find
- Larger shapes are not crystal clear
- Texture isn't soft, more like rubber or dried silicone
- Mixing Ratio 4:1 and easier to get wrong

I bought gummy cast zero from a department store in japan, and the instructions on the side show that if you want a softer squishy texture, you can change the ratio of the resin to the harderner!

Yes, unfortunately they do get sticky if you try washing them. The best way to clean them is using tape, however this doesn't work that well. I always try to avoid getting them dusty in first place

ytavanaa the sophie and tofee squishy gel you can find on sophieandtoffee.com Edit: I don’t know if it’s safe though, it will say on the website. Also I have ordered from them before and they are reliable. However if you live in the US shipping is expensive because they come from Singapore. I don’t know about other countries though.

Hi Macaroon! Could you make a Koala with Hitohata gel but with this idea? First you would need to make the batch you usually make, with the extra hardener. Then, could you fill it up probably 3/4 of the way or 7/8 or something. After it hardens, with the rest of the room in the mold make the stickier one that the directions call for. Then, you could just stick it to a table or window or something and it can be a fidgeter while you’re doing work, because it won’t move (especially for the window) but won’t be too sticky
