Taren thank so very much for all your guidance! I have been laser focused on zone 2 training and after less than a month I’m already seeing results! This year at 41 I’m signed up for my first 70.3 and full marathon and I know if I stick to the “plan/s” it gonna be a good year. Be well and I hope your wife keeps seeing improvements! Now it’s time to upgrade my helmet 🤣

If you only compare the wheels when you push watts on flat ground you are missing out a bit. Great wheels can do alot when climbing if they are light, and also alot on descend with good bearings and freewheel. Have you done your tests with that in mind?
