So after reviewing this exclusive episode I realized Turkey is a place added to my list I must visit. Each local eatery looks amazingly delicious and holds its own unique qualities of preparation, flavors, & signature recipes. The chosen protein is lamb in this town which is lean, juicy, & tasty especially when prepared with experience. I absolutely crave seasoned tender chickpeas in my salads so the wrap with the fresh veggies, roasted eggplant, & chillies will also be my go to selection. However, the meat soup with rice, lamb fat, neck, & chillies looks mouthwatering worthy for sure omgoodness!! Every single kabob reviewed in this tour looks so satisfying & authentic!! I also noticed how clean each restaurant was & the custom ovens and grilling stations are state-of-the art designed to accommodate their culinary crafts. The people of Turkey are so friendly & the scenery is so beautiful with a calm appealingly approach. I love the last local cafe displaying that beautiful courtyard surrounded by the vintage architecture decor which goes perfect with the fresh pistachio based Turkish latte/coffee bev. Hi Mark. As a Turkish I must say Gaziantep cuisine is really special. I am glad you enjoyed it. The flavor of the lamb and liver, all kind of meat depends on animals and what they eat... this also means it is connected to the climate of the area and the plants. the quality of good plants means a better meat. of course, there are few details too such as to not to refrigerate the liver etc.
