It called "çiğköfte" means "raw meatball". Old times includes, Real raw meat, semolina, tomato and pepper paste, olive oil, walnut, different kind of herbs, water with serving pomegranate syrup and lemon inside of soft and thin bread. Recently raw meat is forbidden because of food poisoning threat. Means this is vegan food.

Visit Turkey, we cook meat under bread, meat wrapped in bread and meat on bread, also available is bread on top of meat, bread wrapped around meat and bread underneath meat. Available soon is a new special Turkish drink ( don’t ask the ingredients lol )
