Okay, the last clip makes a little more sense after looking into it. They started out the interview discussing her name origin (Poopernoodle). She had one of the worst cases of social anxiety I've ever heard of. She stayed confined in her room for months while a freshman in college. Her room had no bathroom, so she improvised. Her sense of humor is pretty bold (though she doesn't seem like it in this interview) and her boyfriend joked about the event she talks about in the clip, resulting in her name Poopernoodle (like the brand Super Noodles). A very serious and incredible discussion ensued afterward. Dr. K didn't laugh at her in this context. It's just edited that way.
