Now I am sharing how I baked the BEST TWO LOAVES OF BANANA BREAD . It is easy to make using the ingredients available in your pantry. Of course, the star ingredient is the very ripe banana! Do not use if the bananas have molds and the fruit have turned black in colour!

The recipe is for making two loaves of banana bread. You can adjust the number of loaves to make. If you prefer just one, divide the ingredients by two. If you want four loaves, just double the amount of ingredients.

BEST BANANA BREAD
Ingredients
(For Two loaves)
3 C all-purpose flour
2 t baking soda
½ t cinnamon powder
1 t sea salt
2 1/4 C sugar
4 large eggs
1 C vegetable (canola) oil
8 medium very ripe banana
4 T whole milk yogurt or sour cream
2 t vanilla extract
Notes: (1) Sea salt may be rough in texture. This is fine. The sea salt when added gives the banana bread an interesting and surprising taste. (2) You can add walnuts or chocolate chips if you like. The total add- ins must be about 1 ½ C.
