Healing wave should do damage to UD, like Holy Light does. It would be like Chain Lightning. At least it will help against ghouls and skeletons. Something should be done with this match up, its so demoralizing to watch UvO.

Grrubby, I would much rather you comment on the Grandfinal of Moon Vs Happy. That was 100% bullshit. UD is just incredibly, incredibly OP, especially against Elf. In one game, Moon had a 77 food army Vs 60 for happy, and higher level heroes including level 4 Naga. Happy just charges into Moon's expansion without even using his full sized army despite being lower on fodd. With only heroes and a few gargs, he reduces Moon's 77 food army to like 38 in less than 1 minute. "Amazing micro" my ass. It's just that UD has insane DPS and sustain, both with their heroes and units. Ghouls and gargs do insane DPS for how little they cost, and destros best unit in the game. Moon actually out-microed Happy in this series. In another game, Moon playing like the Fifth Race of old(utterly god-tier player) killed *both* of Happy's heroes, had expansion, over 20 food bigger army. What did Happy do? He still won ahyway by just loading his Lich like crazy. In 2 of the games that Moon "lost", Happy just hit the 9 minute frenzaied ghouls push. Moon showed god-tier skills and actually held one of Happy's pushes despite Elf buildings being the squishier in the game. What did Happy do? He just switched to destros, did some creeping, and then three minutes latter pushed again witth ghouls + destros and Moon was toast. It's ridiculous. How can you lose 2 of your heroes to oppopnent, be 1 base Vs 2 bases, have a 20+ smaller army, lower level heroes and stil win? There is no "comeback" when your opponent has secured all these advantages at once if the game is balanced. It's *impossible* I-M-P-O-S-S-I-B-L-E Moon played this series as flawlessly as an Elf player has ever played the Elf race, and Happy just curbstomped everything anyway with massive advantage in DPS and sustain. Yes, Moon made a (very)few mistakes like losing a hero to coil/nova in one game. But that doesn't matter, and he should have won because Happy made more. For starters: Moon didn't lose *both* of his heroes in a single altercation, while at the same time being only 1 base Vs 2 bases for Moon. I had tears rolling down my eyes watching Moon play. I cried becauss of the level of utter perfection of his play. I felt like it was the Elf Race itself that was playing the game. I have been following professional WC3 since 2005, and only a couple times I saw this level of perfection. Imagine Kaho and Lyn's micro, with Infi's macro control and tactical decision making on the level of a genius I recommend that you watch it, Grub. Watching Moon's play here was like watching an artist paint a masterpiece canvas. To watch that level of perfection get utterly crushed by the huge advantage that UD has in DPS and sustain was dusgusting. Everyone on the Back2wc stream were commenting on how Moon *clearly* outplayed Happy. As in "not even debatable". The massive superirority of UD in tterms of sheer DPS and sustain with statues + Unholy aura is just absurd. Neo and Remo are both UD players, and they keep this ridiculous narrative that there is no imbalance, and that Happy is just a god. If Happy is a god, then why is the guy with the highest win rate against also an Undead player? Hmm... This matchup between Elf and UD is *trash* Grub, just like the matchup between Orc and Elf is trash fa voring Elf. It's just bad balance. It really is. There is no other words for it.

@@paeinlitsch Maybe one reason could be that there aren't as many high level undead players that are participating in tournaments? :D The high level playerbase is not especially "big" and there are just way less high level uds than for example elfs. High level players usually don't change their race and there are still plenty of elfs that were active a decade ago. A more significant portion of undead pros left for other games.

oh ur dutch? i moved to the Netherlands last week. I like it here. its cold but with the right gear its OK and i love the part where u can travel almost anywhere with a bicycle or an electric bycicle. Awesome gameplay btw and i love your videos! very informative! i wish happy did videos like you cuz even tho i dont play war3 much when i do i main Undead and Happy plays UD like no other! Keep up the good content!

New patch is going to help Orc and Human quite a bit. Nerfing moonwells (NE) was the best thing that could happen in terms of balance.

i dont play war3 often but why would they nerf moon wells? whats there to nerf? sure at night time they r amazing and with that consumable shard u can make it night for a 1-2 mins or so idk the exact time but, overall they replenish very slowly and can be expensive. I dont c why they would nerf that.

I feel like UD are op by units design. You really need 3 types of them to get a strong and flexible army. On the other hand you have orks where you need a little bit of every unit to complete your army. Thats why im so happy for tauren buffs

Grubby man, I really like you really really like you, I watch your videos everyday and do not even play WC3 from years now I only have fun watching you. But please whenever you cast a game with such good player stop talking bullshit and going from theme to theme. Please just comment what they are doing and about their actions. No hard feelings but when you start talking about something you just never stop man and the game is almost over and you are still on a thing that happened in the 3th minute of the game. Once again no hard feeling I love you man please keep up the good content.

Undead is an overpowered race. I don't think Undead players are really as good as people playing other races. Undead has an unfair advantage always has.

why would you ever want to use windriders as orc? they are so terrible. if they cost 3 supply it's useable. if they have 2 starter armor or 100 base HP they are useable, if they give less exp they are useable. If they cost 50 less gold each they are useable. but instead, they have none of that, and all of the downsides. choosing to use WR in any match up is to fight an uphill battle.

im convinced that you would have stood better ground against in that game Grubby. Poor decision making from Focus. Backup voodoo lounge and Orb of lightning way too late. No real counter attacks. He got no real value of his Blade and the ending...
