Great video! I haven't eaten dim sum in KL for a while so thank you for highlighting a spot I've never been to. Everything looks amazing and reminds me so much about food I used to eat growing up! Love the crispy prawn rolls, and egg tarts!

You make stable, sharp and interesting videos. I have forgotten a lot about the culture there until for example you made that video on wedding gifts. i would put you in the top tenth among KZbinrs for video quality, presentation clarity and accuracy. Most do a sloppy job just to make some quick money. You on the other hand approach it as a professional. Of course being a cooking professional really adds an excellent dimension to your channel. BTW, it is obvious your mom is cool, nice and very pleasant to be around, and that you both have a very loving, great relationship. FYI, this dim sum will cost at least usd80 in the US and many items are not available. Food taste and variety is Malaysia's biggest asset. Thanks for the effort.

Key Hiong has the best steamed Char Siew pau & Dai pau. Their Siew Mei is compatible to Dim Dam shop in Taman Megah. Recommend to try their charcoal yam pau though its pretty pricy. Wish their yam pau is fully natural coloured. BtW they also sell cold (unsteam) dim sam & pau for storage for take away. Foo Heng is my favourite Dim Sam shop.

Where do you suggest? I often go to “better” restaurants as well eg those where weddings are held. But I find these neighbourhood ones more exciting and some dishes can be equally good if not better

Like from 🇮🇩 👍 Di Negara saya, Chinese Siomay lebih dikenali sebagai dimsum. Tetapi Orang Indonesia lebih Familiar dengan Sundanese Siomay 🙏.......... Saya belum pernah mencicipi bagaimana Chinese Siomay, tetapi rasanya Pasti sama seperti Sundanese Siomay tanpa Saus Kacang.....

why would you not do your narrating in Cantonese instead Of in English with Malaysian accent all dim sum are so similar within different countries in Asia namely Hong Kong Singapore Malaysia Canton Macau they may taste slightly different in order to suit the locals Malaysian Roti Roja Rendang beef--Rasa is just as good as anything if not better best wish to your success
