Many likes for showing and promoting Chinese customs and traditions. The earliest written record of this mushroom cultivation is seen in the (龍泉縣志) compiled by He Zhan (何澹) in 1209 during the Song dynasty in China. The Chinese name is Xianggu. Much earlier than in Japan.
