The Lismore 21 is what I always think of when I think of value Scotch. It’s call “The Legend” and it comes in a leatherette wrap case, beautiful presentation. Beautiful whiskey, all for under 100 USD at my local store. Great video!

Oh I love Lismore, such a bargain whisky! I think it's Glenfarclas and honestly for that price any Lismore is a treat! It's just I can't really find it that readily. Thanks for watching 🥃

I have them all too :) Agree that all are great single malts; my lineup would be 1-Deanston 2-Ancnoc 3-Longmorn 4-Loch Lomond. But if you'd take Arran 18 into this comparison, that'd be my first place by far, but now it's so hard to find :) I am not sure where I'd put Glenallachie 18 though, probably after Ancnoc. Tamdhu 18 would be a hard one too. Thx for the video, I'd say continue with these comparison videos for a while :)

Before starting I thought my lineup would've been AnCnoc, Deanston, Longmorn and Loch Lomond but this is the great thing about head to heads, you're always surprised 😃 Yeah Arran 18 is delicious but I find a lot of batch variations especially between the old bottling and the new and yes they are hard to find. I have not tried the Tamdhu 18 but not being a massive sherry fan I'm not sure if I'll connect with it. Thanks for watching, cheers 🥃

Awesome picks man. Great bang for buck un the Loch Lomond, Deanston and Ancnoc 18! Have yet to try the Longmorn 18 but I enjoy Longmorn so I have no doubts it's great too. In my market I'd probably defer to the Ancnoc 24 over the 18 if I was buying but that was not the assignment, was it? Awesome video man. Cheers 🥃

There's something about the 18+YO age statement in single malt Scotch whisky that makes us desire it. Whether we can still afford it is a vexed issue.
