No Joke just got off the phone with you guys today. I was told you can stay in residential code for house because of the trusses that maybe your company not the best fit for me to look elsewhere. I tried 2 years ago then COVID hit and shut my plans down. Now I'm selling my house I got money and ya leave me out to dry BIG TIME. Just met with the concrete guy last week to make sure he can do what you need.... Big Let down.. been following you guys for a LONG time. 😢

I’m sorry but we are upfront about not wanting our customers to live in our buildings. We don’t sell homes at all due to your insurance not protecting you for residential purposes and your county finding out and making it hard on you. I would recommend talking to a local contractor before buying from anyone. Not leaving out to dry but being honest with you.

Awesome video, Amazing price and this particular barn is exactly what I want. I got 2 questions, 1) Is it better to pour the concrete slab down first if you know that you are eventually going to want a concert floor & 2) Would it be structurally just as good to pour the concrete afterwards at a later time because I see this is a ground build installation. I watched a video where a man had a beautiful barn built just like this one but he didn't have the money to pour the concrete right away so his plans was to complete the project in increment when the funds were available and I was just wondering, what's the drawbacks if any and I really want to know if it's structurally just as good to pour the concrete afterwards.
