Thanks! 👍 yeah I tried to give it a fair shake even though it may not be my preferred bar I found some good used for it with accessories and other none powerlifting movements

@@carps_gym that's how I approached it. It's not necessarily for me but my wife likes it and I can see someone who's not powerlifting or strongman focused, maybe say someone who's weightlifting or Crossfit focused, could make good use out of it.

Yes, having a multi use bar comes in handy, especially if you have limited funds or space or are just getting started with a home gym.

The quality of those budget bars has really increased. I wanted a cheap bar with needle bearing a few years ago, and the cheapest good bar I could get was the Vulcan training bar, and it was around $350, IIRC. It's a great bar, but the price of that LF bar is VERY good for a needle-bearing bar.

I know what that is. This is not that. Those are definitely not bearing bars, multipurpose bars, and have a lot of slop in the sleeves.
