When you bit into the banh mi and the bread made all the crackling noise my mouth watered, lol! Looks SO delicious :). Vietnamese food is my favorite food, it tastes good and is so healthy. All the places you visited look like they had some amazing food. I have to say that Le Vietnamese Kitchen had some awesome decor, it looks like it makes you feel like you are on an island. Viet food is some of my favourite food. The banh mi looked awesome. We have a great banh mi store in Perth that makes various gourmet flavours called Le Vietnam. I agree that the quality of a Viet restaurant is by their pho. I miss good Vietnamese food in Japan. Whoa! Yen doing VO! AWESOME! And then Yen's mum doing a food review too! 😁

Hey mate Japan is like a hard one eh on one hand you have the most amazing variety of Japanese food at such great quality and things like 7/11... But on the other hand you miss out on so many of the foods from other cultures. I especially miss Thai and Vietnamese when I'm in Japan for a long time. Herbs and limes are so expensive in non tropical countries. In new Zealand limes are $1 each... You wouldn't survive as a shop if you gave those away hahahaha. Will definitely go Vietnam one day to experience some authentic cuisines 👌

Vietnam is pretty high up on our bucket list of places to go. We will definitely get there at some point. Ha long bay cruise and bike tour has been something I've wanted to do for years. OMG Vietnamese food has to be one of my favorite foods! We love the vermicelli noodles with grilled pork on top, and add some fish sauce to that and you got a great meal!

Yooo... That's the OG Vietnamese restaurant! 😁 We use to eat there with our families as kids! Like all the Asians knew that place coz there weren't that many Asian restaurants back in the day lol. Bro the baguettes at Viet kitchen are no way the best in Auckland, they aren't even tasty and the pork is dry and they put to much chilli in them which over powers everything else, but it doesn't matter they aren't tasty anyway. People the best baguettes in NZ are from botney try it out 👍👍
