LOL, you are really fun to watch.... loved it! I already have Vitamix, and yes! Yes, they are awesome....I make ice cream with all fruits imaginable. Now I am working on perfecting my sorbet skills: lime sorbet! Yum yum! I would definitely never ever want to eat commercial ice cream again, that is for sure! Have you ever made a chocolate ice cream with avocados and cacao powder? Oh. my. God! Oh, and btw... lol, organic almond milk, or even oat milk taste great... you should give it another try!

Sounds a little odd, but it's for real: 6 ounces half and half OR full fat coconut milk from can chilled in fridge overnight, the cream part only 2 tablespoons raw cacao* OR 1/2 cup hot chocolate mix OR 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup 1 cup spinach optional 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 4 cup ice

I bought a Vitamix, Did what he said and to my surprise I ended up with blended berries. Tasted like berries, not anything even close to ice cream. Just berries with a slightly creamier texture. The Vitamix is pretty great though! I'm very happy I bought one. Oh, and I added a load of sweetener. Big improvement!

Because of the ratio of liquid to solid. Add more milk & you'll have a milk shake.

If you leave it over a minute the blades start heating up the mixture. So, you’ll be making soup. There are directions in the cook book that comes with the Vitamix. Well worth reading.

It won't taste horrible with almond milk. Its just that almond milk doesn't cream up like whole milk. I don't like whole milk so I am going to end up using bananas with almond milk.

People, please don’t treat your Vitamix this way. Rocking the container from side to side will wear the gears out. The Vitamix is very strong but the gears where the container and base meet should sit a bit more securely than we see with this absurd action. I would also note the tamping can be done firmly but this fast uncoordinated stabbing is not as effective as using visuals to target what needs to be pushed into the blades in a firm and controlled manner.

Putting the rubber thing in the vitamix it will cut it up I know because I've had that happened to me when I forgot to put the top on it. It can also mess up your blades as well.
