If the water pressure in your home is higher than 30 PSI, you may need to install a Pressure Reducing Valve at an additional cost. If the water pressure is lower than 5 PSI, you may need to install a Pressure Enhancing Kit at an additional cost.

Sir, i have a query, i want to buy urban company native m2 online from Amazon or flipkart , but urban company services are not available in my location, so if I buy it , i can't get after sales service properly , if I required to change anything. Sir we also bought m1 copper installed 2days back in new filters no tds controller and uf filter is comming we can't adjust tds it will in build tds we come water around 90tds wheather it good UF also not there in new water purifier

Hi Naveen Thanks for asking a question, Yes there is no TDS controller in new models either M1 and M2 and UV is installed inside the water tank as mentioned in Urban Company Native guide book.
