Why native m2 new model does not have tds and uf in it?

Add a function where it should dispense water during power cuts, (not talking about RO system operation) would be great if the water tank is transparent by design. Afterall we pay premium price and we want full control over it and not the opposite!!!!

Don’t buy this product. They don’t mention before you buy that you need 4G service and not 5G service. If you have 5G service, sorry for loss of Rs. 18000 but they don’t give you any refund or return this product. They send someone to install but not for IT technical setup. The device has a local Wi-Fi which might connect with your phone but in such case, it is loss of the customer and not of urban company. Considering all the situation, Native M2 is an experiment of Urban company on the cost of customer’s money, and zero risk for themselves. What a smart business Urban Company!!! Highly recommended NOT TO BUY THIS PRODUCT. It is an inflexible business model which would NOT be successful in long run.

@@UrbanCompanyYT आप की कंपनी के कस्टमर सपोर्ट टीम का नंबर पब्लिश /या अपनी App. मे contact number होना चाहिए. ये Mail वाला बहुत पुराना सिस्टम हो चुका है. हम आपको मेल करेंगे, फिर replya आया तो ठीक है, Otherwise कुछ सूचना दे कर इशू बंद कर देंगे. Problem solve नहीं होगी. तब तक कस्टमर पीने का पानी कहा से लाएगा..! Call service होती है तो आसान रहता है, आपका technician कॉल पर प्रॉब्लम solve करवा सकता है, और कस्टमर को भी satisfaction मिलता है.
