Good eye! I did tighten it down before putting the cover on. I have no excuse for the early cut. You can see it’s loose at 10:24 then it’s tight at 10:25. I cut the part where I went all the way around just to double check the proper torque. I appreciate the heads up.

You missed one of the screws on the locker that you didn’t tighten all the way. Just wanted to inform you before you have a big issue.

Good catch! I did tighten it down before putting the cover on. Usually, I’ll edit it out if I say something really stupid. This was in high speed so I have no excuse for the early cut. You can see it’s loose at 10:24 then it’s tight at 10:25. I cut the part where I went all the way around just to double check the proper torque. I appreciate the heads up.

@@kdsgarage8475 ahh ok good, I actually took apart my clutch the other day and found that one of the lockers was loose and bolts fell right out so it’s a good thing I found this video because I have the same casing and didn’t have to drain all the fluid..Although I stumbled across a bigger issue and I mushroomed the push rod inside so now I have to split my cases…Just wanted to give you a heads up because it sucks to have something go wrong catastrophically just cause you missed something. It happens we’re all human.

@@takodahill7789 I appreciate the heads up! Now I may go back in there and use a bit of locktite. Good luck with yours.

@kdsgarage8475 If my clutch lever is pulled in while I’m in 1st, 2nd or any gear for that matter and I’m not able to freely roll the atv, does this mean my clutch is not engaging properly? I tried fixing it at the lever/cable and it’s still not working. As a next step, I should do what you are explaining in this video, correct? The only time it rolls freely is when it’s in neutral and every time I pull the clutch lever in and down shift to 1st the atv stalls. Any help is greatly appreciated! TIA
