Would this method help a baby with a recessed jaw? My baby had a frenectomy at 6weeks, she is now 4months but still always clicking and gassy. I’ve noticed her jaw is recessed so I’m wondering if this is the problem now and if this way of feeding will help. Thanks!

This will never work for us unfortunately. My baby is 4 months old takes an hour and a half to feed (on anti-reflux formula). Always has been a very slow eater. He is not a "hungry " baby, but a "sleepy " baby. He ll have 1 oz n will sleep for half an h n so on. Feeding is a nighmare. He has now decided he doesnt wanna sit n eat...the screaming that goee on...😢

I am so sorry to hear this is happening! Some babies are very difficult to feed. Please make sure they have referred you to a specialist to have him evaluated and make sure he doesn't have a hernia. I am sending you love and light and healing thoughts.

Thanks for asking! I am sorry to hear this is happening. I think you need to see a pelvic floor surgeon to evaluate the situation. You also need to be resting often and not lifting heavy things. Try to ask family and friends to come and help you so you can rest well. Good luck!

WHY OH WHY -in the beginning- did you purposefully show bottles that are designed to be held by the baby - encouraging self-feeding that is solitary and unattended. NO baby should self-bottle feed. Even if it is more convenient for the mother.

This is how many major medical and health organizations around the world say a bottle should be fed. UNICEF, HSE,NHS, even CDC says told hold the bottle at such an angle that milk doesn’t freely drip out. For the majority of bottles that means almost completely horizontally.
