Ho-oh isn't in the game yet, unfortunately. It's currently only obtainable in Randomizer Gamemode and as an event reward(Dark Ho-oh).

I have a friend that got banned for the same thing, unfortunately I don't think they really care about appeals. The only thing we can do is to make a new discord account and rejoin.😔
