I have used this method for the last year and a half unknowingly, and have shredded from 210 pounds to 165. The creator has blessed us with a brain. Use your brain to listen to your body and how it reacts to certain foods. This is a key element of making change. Fasting is a given.

Fast on the sunnah days (dry fast) break your fast with a light soup, and eat one meal a day the rest of the week. You will shred weight

As a person who did keto and intermittent fasting, I will say that I did lose a lot of fat and did gain lean muscle mass from the weight training, however, hiit training is key

I'm going to start doing this. One meal a day. I take medication and it makes me super hungry and therefore I'm over eating. Inshallah I will get the will power and control to eat only once a day otherwise I will just be going downhill

Brother Mohammed, you need to ask Firas what's the healthiest way to gain weight for us skinny people out here! Of course we all know the basics of upping your calories and weight training but that can often mean eating maybe too much carbs or unhealthy things to bump up the calorie intake. What does he advise then? How can we eat fruits and vegetables and still clock in 3000 calories for example?

salamualkum this video is ssssssooooooooooooo true and the advice is true and if you want to lose weight then follow these steps. It also is the sunnah of the prophet (fasting) and I respect everything that is said as both men are knowledgeable.
