Best Way to Sub Assemble Your Miniatures | Hobby Tips

So before I can post the Howling Griffons tutorial, i first need to show you how i prep my miniatures for painting and in most cases i paint like this, very rarley do i paint with the miniature glued to the base, its most often on a cork.

Hey this is some sharp presentation interested to see how the tamiya thin goes I've been having a good time with it but never considered the sturdiness

After I used up my GW glue I bought tamiya extra thin, it's good for seeping into crevices but I've found it's terrible for joining parts together if there isn't enough contact... constantly had shoulder pads falling off custodes and dudes just pop off their bases for example, GW glue never had that problem, really gotta be sure there is a solid join. It's great for getting rid of thin mould lines off things like cabling though!

Great video and very useful info! Just a quick question on what size cork bungs you use? I've tried wine bottle ones but they're too unstable. Can you remember where you got yours from by any chance? Thanks
