Thank you so much for the video! I've been trying to help my mom figure out how to deal with her melasma. And a lot of the recommendations from other social media derms just don't apply well to Filipinos (price point, availability, accessibility). But glad to know na there are options!

This video is very informative as per usual. I agree na you can ask Derms naman for an alternative if di kaya sa budget. My Dermatologist prescribed me Tretinoin instead of Adapalene because I said di kaya sa budget ko yung Adapalene.
